Our Campus Mission
The facilities team works hard to maintain Epic's 9-million-square-foot campus featuring 37 interconnected office buildings (and counting), each with distinctive architecture and a creative theme, as well as a cutting edge training facility and five-story underground auditorium.

Green Initiatives
Our campus leverages alternative sources of energy, including 12 MW of wind and solar energy and 27,000 tons of cooling produced by one of the largest geothermal systems in North America.

Operations
The facilities team encompasses more than just skilled trades. Our shuttle drivers ensure Epic staff and visitors can get around campus safely and efficiently, while the horticulture team maintains and beautifies our 1000+ acres of gardens and green spaces.
Meet the Team
Epic is not only a healthcare technology industry leader, but also a pioneer in the commercial building industry. Some of the most rewarding aspects of my job have been working with one-of-a-kind geothermal technology and participating in the design and improvements of our award-winning campus.
I was surprised, happy, and proud of the way Epic has handled COVID-19. Epic made many changes to help keep our team working during a difficult time for the world. They found new ways that we could contribute, and allowed us to still get our full week of work.
At Epic, it's not just the Facilities team that cares about the buildings and exteriors. The campus is a point of pride for the whole company. It's exciting to be part of a team that is so integral to a key aspect of the company's culture.
I chose to join Epic because of the 40 hour work week and great benefits. From my very first day at Epic, I never felt like just a number. I have been here over three years now and still feel welcomed and appreciated every time I come to work.
I am blown away every day at the complexity and size of our mechanical systems. I am constantly challenged and have found an abundance of opportunity for professional growth as Epic continues to grow.
The value and respect that Epic has for the employees is priceless. Truly tapping into people's talents (beyond their resumé), having wide open ears for new ideas, with great collaboration.
