Position Summary

As a member of our User Interface Design team, you will improve the appearance and usability of software used by tens of thousands of healthcare professionals who care for millions of patients worldwide. We are seeking skilled designers in visual design, usability—or both.

What you'll do:
Create clear and crisp design that helps users deliver better healthcare. Be part of a team exploring the future of healthcare IT design: make it simple and easy to set-up and use; make it elegant, flashy, and fun. Take rough concepts and turn them into works of art. Contribute to visual standards that will have a company-wide influence on future software design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in digital or graphic design, human-computer interaction, interactive media, or a related field
  
• Expertise in Photoshop and in some of these technologies: Illustrator, Fireworks, Corel Painter, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5 (Canvas), Flash, Silverlight, a 3D graphics application
  
• Familiarity and experience with formal usability analysis techniques
  
• Ability to oversee usability research
  
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
  
• Nunchuck skills a plus
