Position Summary

Apply your interest in analytics to one of the biggest challenges of our time: healthcare. Reporting is essential to the advancement of healthcare and making the most of an electronic medical system. The Reporting Engineers at Epic help our customers use their data to monitor and improve how their organization is running, research various aspects of patient care, and contribute to the improvement of healthcare as a whole.

As a Reporting Engineer, you will design and develop custom reporting solutions for Epic, and provide internal and customer support for technical reporting issues. Reporting Engineers assist in all phases of report development, including consultation and analysis of business requirements, programming, interface design, QA, documentation, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in math, stats, hard science, or engineering
  
• History of academic success demonstrated by a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA
  
• Programming experience is highly preferred
  
• Willing to relocate to Madison, Wisconsin (relocation expenses are reimbursed)
  
• Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates
  
• Familiarity with the following is a plus: Crystal Reports, MySQL, SQL, Oracle
