In PC-Technical Services, you'll apply your technical savvy and problem-solving skills as you work with our customers to integrate Epic's software into their existing environments. You'll collaborate directly with our customers' Windows System and Network Administration staff, and provide a high level of technical guidance, knowledge and support to resolve complex issues. Troubleshooting at this level is unscripted, and requires the ability to think outside of the box and develop creative solutions.
You will establish strong long-term relationships with our customers, and often communicate with them on a daily basis as you install, troubleshoot, and upgrade our software. You'll work with the customer throughout the system design process, and collaborate with them and our Server Systems team to translate business needs into technical systems solutions. You will configure systems, analyze performance issues, and make recommendations as to the best practices that will ensure their long-term success. You'll have opportunities to improve and take existing processes to the next level, and determine how new technology will work with Epic's systems.
Successful PC-technical services team members are self-motivated, able to prioritize and triage multiple issues and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff.
