Epic is seeking a hands-on payroll professional to lead our payroll and compensation functions.
This involves working within and managing the payroll team to ensure error-free and timely completion of payroll, compensation, and benefits-related tasks. You will also establish and document more efficient processes and own the administration of Epic's personalized compensation package which includes raises, bonuses, private stock options, 401(k), sabbaticals, and other incentives.
Additionally, you will coordinate the periodic compensation review process. This includes sourcing performance-related data from team leads, preparing and communicating payroll information for executive evaluation, and implementing compensation-related decisions.
