Legal Coordinator / Contract Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a legal coordinator to join our in-house team.

You will assist in customer and third party vendor negotiations and contract drafting, prepare contract amendments, and coordinate interactions with Epic's sales and operational teams. You will also work on a variety of other legal projects.

Requirements

Track record of academic and professional success.
Transactional paralegal or contract drafting experience is a plus.
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: litigation support, government compliance, legal research, international business, and intellectual property filing.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
A bachelor's degree and/or prior transactional paralegal experience is preferred.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and reimbursed.
