Position Summary

Organized and friendly? As an HR Assistant at Epic, you'll enjoy a wide variety of work in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include corresponding with applicants as you guide them through the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and updating spreadsheets. Because you're given a high level of responsibility right from the start, successful candidates should enjoy working independently. The best candidates will also be able to manage hundreds of applicants while at the same time personalizing their experience. You may also support the benefits side of HR, assisting with the communication, education and enrollment of a variety of benefits options to new and current staff.

Requirements

• It's great if you have knowledge of Excel/Access/Word and an Associate's degree, but it's not required. A high school degree and a history of academic success are required. Relocation to Madison/Verona, WI is also required and may be reimbursed.
