Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our in-house legal team.

As Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for forging Epic's relationship with each new customer. You will lead negotiations of multi-million dollar software licensing deals, and you will draft custom agreements. You will also work with executive management to develop legal and business strategies that will guide Epic to future success.

Requirements

• Demonstrated academic and professional excellence is required, including a degree from a top law school and at least five years of relevant experience.
  
• We strongly prefer candidates with previous experience negotiating technology agreements.
  
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and reimbursed.
