Division Operations employees are responsible for "making things hum" - monitoring and improving processes so that we continue providing the best software and service in a rapidly expanding industry. Use your process and project management skills to improve the healthcare industry and help save lives. You will work alongside top software development managers in this unique role combining project management, technical, and policy skills. By proactively tracking ongoing internal projects and deadlines, you will help design and develop reports, craft software development strategies, and give internal presentations on company initiatives to ensure that our goals are met and our software is effectively implemented. You will also collaborate with other employees to redesign and improve our processes in order to help make Epic a success.
